Every third Wednesday of the month we have our general meetings in place of

our sit-n-sew get together.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING INFORMATION

Meeting Schedule

Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month except for July and December. There is no meeting in July or December. The meeting in December is the Christmas luncheon.

Pre-Meeting Activities

A membership desk is provided for members and guests to sign-in and is the location for copies of prior month's meeting minutes, newsletters, brochures, quilt show information, etc.

A basket of the month desk is provided for members to purchase chances on a drawing for a basket of quilt related materials.

Typical Meeting Agenda

President's welcoming comments and recognition of guests

Vote on minutes of last meeting and guild business. Members can place business items on the agenda by contacting the President prior to the meeting or preferably attending the board meeting.

Drawings for the baskets of the month

Members "show and tell" of their projects.
