Every third Wednesday of the month we have our general meetings in place of
our sit-n-sew get together.
GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING INFORMATION
Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month except for July and December. There is no meeting in July or December. The meetings for the months of March and September are luncheons and December is the Christmas luncheon.
A membership desk is provided for members and guests to sign-in and is the location for copies of prior month's meeting minutes, newsletters, brochures, quilt show information, etc. In addition if you want a guild pin inquire at the membership desk on how to purchase one.
A basket of the month desk is provided for members to purchase chances on a drawing for a basket of quilt related materials.

President's welcoming comments and recognition of guests
Vote on minutes of last meeting and guild business. Members can place business items on the agenda by contacting the President prior to the meeting or preferably attending the board meeting. (An abbreviated business segment is conducted at the luncheon meetings)
Drawings for the basket of the month
Members "show and tell" of their projects. (Members must see show and tell chairperson to receive there pin.)

GUIDELINES FOR SHOW AND TELL PINS
The purpose of the pins is to promote the art of quilting.
When members bring their quilted projects for show and tell, they receive a pin to show their accomplishments. Forms are located at the sign in desk at each meeting. Fill out a form for each project, checking the proper category, then give the completed form to the pin chairperson, who will give the appropriate pin and ask you to initial the form that you have received that pin.
A) Scissors Pins: Quilt must be 48 inches or larger on the shortest side. Quilt can be hand quilted, tied or machine quilted. (Lap, Twin, Full, Queen or King)
B) Sewing Machine Pin: Quilt must be less than 48 inches on the shortest side. Quilt can be hand quilted, tied or machine quilted. (Wall Hanging, Baby, Lap or Mini)
C) Spool of Thread Pin: Must be some form of wearable or miscellaneous art.
